Weekly live sessions with Award-Winning Mindset Coach Chantal Dempsey. The sessions are in small groups of women only (12 maximum), and you don't even have to put your video on until you are ready to. We can never guarantee results, however, if you dive in 100% during our sessions and follow the action plans I give you, yes absolutely!

Some Questions and Concerns you Might Have...

What happens if I miss a session?

Don't worry, if you miss a session, I'll catch you up. I will send you the material we covered and have a chat with you on the phone. 

I have already tried and nothing is working. Why will this work?

I am worried about feeling overwhelmed.

It is normal to feel like that, it means you mean business! Don't worry, our sessions are a safe zone where you can be yourself completely without being judged. I am here with you all the way. 

Unlike traditional therapy or coaching, this is a programme especially designed to tackle social anxiety. It has put together the very best and most up to date neuropsychology techniques to overcome social anxiety effectively.

Do you do 1:1 sessions?

Yes. You have the option of adding a 1:1 pre-session to your programme (you will see this option at checkout). Alternatively, if you prefer to work with me exclusively, rather than in a group, I offer great  1:1 programmes here.

Maybe I should wait and think about it...

If you are in flow now and you have a feeling that you should do this, do it! Take a committing step now. Otherwise, one day will go to the next and the next and you will wake up in ten years just the same.

Will I have to put my video on during the sessions?

You won't do anything that you don't feel comfortable with. You are welcome to keep your video off for as long as you want and as many sessions as you want.

Will I need to speak during the sessions?

Again, you won't need to do anything you are not comfortable with. This programme works with progressive exposure, so we will gently introduce challenges for you, starting with very short one-to-one exchanges. Don't worry, this programme is made for you and everyone will feel exactly the same as you.

Will I make friends in this programme?

One of the most successful elements of this programme is that it brings together a group of like-minded women who are experiencing the same issues. You will all be going through the same journey and creating a deep and meaningful connection with each other. Most people in the groups stay in touch and become great friends, so the answer is YES!
